Missing Parts

I bought this item and half the parts and instruction Manuel are missing!!! I called customer service and was told I have to prove they are missing with photo's and the receipt. Then they will decide if I will get the parts? Cant believe the terrible customer service. My family has always bought Little Tikes products for the last 30 years and
I'm extremely disappointed.

Missing parts

Numerous screws and a part of the playhouse were not included in the delivery box. I had to go the the hardware store to purchase the screws. In addition, we are missing the toy phone and the funnel. Not happy!

Cute, but delicate.

This works well with toddlers 18 to 30 months. They enjoy the tools and phone. We do not allow the older chlidern to use this house. It would not last long.

My precious review was removed it appears. This was missing more parts than it came with and missing instructions. Very disappointed. Had to return the whole thing. Also disappointed my previous review appears to have been deleted… hmm

Instructions are confusing.

I just received this as a gift for my daughters second birthday. Upon putting it together I quickly found that parts are labeled completely different from the instructions. For example, my ‘table wall” is labeled ‘d’ and my fence wall is ‘c’. My threshold is E, which should be g. Not a single part on this play house matches up to the diagrams.

Hollow thin plastic. This house is very thin not what I expected from little tykes. I hope it lasts! The design is cute but disappointed in the quality!!
