My grandson played with one of these last summer and he loved. When I was able I purchased one for our home. He will love it. I can't wait to see his face when we set it up.

Good Value

This was for our granddaughter. We have custody of her and we (my wife mainly) rebuilt a section of our backyard to accommodate a playground for her. The pirate ship was a very good value. It seemed pricey to me at first, but when looking at other play sets, it was reasonably priced. It took a little heft to get it set up but it is sturdy. There are a lot of pieces that our granddaughter enjoys. She loves putting water from one item into another item. We recently refilled it, and she was not a happy camper having to wait to play in the water. Our granddaughter is about 2.5 years old.

Was excited about this for my 2 year old. Assembled it this weekend but there seems to be a major leak in the hull of the ship and water pours out of 3 holes in the bottom near each leg. I attempted to patch the holes but no luck. Please send me a replacement ship. thank you!

Traps water inside which causes mold
on August 28, 2017

My son received the Anchor's Away Pirate Ship for his birthday in June and we have just recently discovered that there is water trapped in the two layers of plastic and there is now mold growing. We tried to figure out how the water got in there but have had no success. Water slowly leaks out of one of the legs where the slide is so we thought that might be where it is but we have had no such luck. My husband drilled holes now in the bottom layer to remove the water but there is no way to remove the mold. I am very disappointed as at this point we are going to have to purchase him a new one to avoid contact with the mold. Up until this point, we have loved the table and the hours of fun it provided.

Poor Design. Don't purchase.

Water has gotten inside the legs and table of the pirate ship and cannot be emptied. It has begun to mildew and we can't access it to clean it. It can't be used because I do not want to expose my son to mold and mildew that can potentially make him sick. I emailed Little Tikes customer service but got no response. Poor design. Don't purchase.

Great times had with only a couple issues describe

The grandkids all live this table; ages 18 months to 7 years old. A couple of issues we’ve found are the Little Tykes name plate/sticker bleeds when wet. The 18 month old ended up with the reverse image of it on his belly after playing at the table. You would think that on a water table that Little Tykes manufacturing would’ve tested that before production. The 2nd issue is that the table does get & hold water in the base/legs. We assume from the areas where we had to screw the parts together when putting it together. You would think, again, that the test of water retention would’ve been done by the manufacturing/production team.
We have drilled holes in the bottom of the legs & base to release the water.
It would be nice if the manufacturer would put in the drainage holes & then plugs of some sort for these areas.
We would give this a 5 star rating if these two things had not happened.
The youngest 3 kids played at the tables for hours.
