[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the amount that you pay for these Bose headset, they send you a cheap clip that doesn't last. You have to have it or if not the headset will fall off of your neck :( They should send you at least 5 with these!!!

SoundSport wireless headphones clip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had my SoundSport wireless headphones for just over 2 years. In that time I have broken 2 clips. This seems perfectly acceptable. They are disposable items to me. I uses these headphones for working out and yard work.I average between 5-12 hours a week using them and use the clip everytime. That seems like a lot of abuse on these little plastic pieces, and I have only broken 2. I am on my last spare and have ordered 2 more. I should have enough for at least another 2-3 years. At that time there might be ever better pair of headphones to get.
You do not want something more robust or the wire might be the next thing that is damaged and not the clip. You have to be careful when making clips for items that in themselves are not very strong. The earphones are not that strong and we would not want them to be. If so they would be much heavier and bulky.
A solution could be that when you buy your SoundSports, they come with 5 extra clips. That way you would have plenty for the realistic life of the headphones. The only downside would be for those that live in an area with drastic temperature swings that could weaken the plastic clips before they are actually used. A second would be that when you register your headphones after purchasing them you got a credit of 5 or so clips that you could order as needed.

Buy in bulk because any one will only last for weeks at most. Pictured is the 3rd of 3 I bought most recently that's about to give (simply from being clipped to my polo shirt in an office job).

Keep breaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the wireless headphones but the clips keep breaking. The original one and 2 replacements that we purchased all broke. Apparently the springs are too strong for the thickness of the tabs.

Terrible clip - bad design

This is a bad design flaw of great sounding headphones. The clip that came with the headphones broke within a month, and this replacement clip does not fit snugly on the wire. Comes off with the slightest pressure - useless.
The headphones are heavy enough that wearing them in only one ear with the other hanging off is a huge problem without the clip, and the cord is long and heavy enough that even wearing them in both ears, with no clip the chord gets caught up in my collar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had two of these clips and they've both become detached from the cord rather easily. This has resulted in them both being lost. Additionally, it should be noted that the headphones are fairly uncomfortable and unwieldy when the clip is not in place.
