Clip is very cheaply made

Clip broke while in the earphone bag. This is the second time this happens and will not be ordering a new one because it sucks that bad.

I wore my headphones for the first time and this piece broke off immediately and I could not find it. Super cheap should not be able to fall off headphones.

Nice headphones, terrible clip

I have been a true Bose customer for years now and have always purchased based on the quality of the product. However this one missed the mark.
The headset keeps slipping around my neck because the clip will not hold.
Who tested this!!!!
now the clip broke completeley.

I am pretty much going to reiterate what others have said.... I really like the headphones, but the clip is cheap. It doesn’t hold or stay on the wire well. Also, it breaks easily. Mine broke today and I wasn’t even using them. I was just moving them on my desk and they broke. Definitely expect better quality on a Bose product.

Great wireless headphones, very bad clip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Soundsports for my daily commute on the train and outdoor walks. I've gone through a number of these clips and am now going to have to replace it again. As other reviewers have mentioned, it would be nice if Bose could make a replacement clip that is more durable. I am not abusing the clip, just have it attached to my collar. My current one is less than a year old and its frustrating to have to keep replacing it.

Terrible accesory

Broke twice and lost once since it keeps disconnecting from the earphone cord, staying connected to my clothing, which I am usually not aware of, then gets lost probably in laundry or somewhere in the misty moores of existence.

Poor design!

I'm in 'agreement' with most all of the other complaints. These clips are poorly designed and don't stay on. I have lost 2 clips while running. Once the clip falls off, the ear pieces have a problem staying in your ear because the wire between the two ear pieces keep bouncing up/down which wiggles the ear piece out of one ear. Sad I have to pay $3.95 plus shipping just to get another one which will ultimately have the same fate!
