Forget the "sport" - Works if you "SoundSit"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This clip does an excellent job of keeping the wire centered between my ears as I turn my head several degrees either direction to look at one of the two monitors on my computer desk. However, when exercising or landscaping or walking to my car or doing housework, it fails to do its job. Over time, it fails even harder because the wire gets slightly slippery. Today, it just broke in half. Ironically, it broke while I was sitting at my desk at work, reaching back behind my neck to adjust the location since it had been disturbed during a particularly exciting conference call.
So, I'll shell out another $4 (plus shipping) to be disappointed for another 4 months before the replacement undoubtedly breaks.
I would just live without, but the reality is that without the clip, these expensive headphones are utterly worthless when doing anything but sitting perfectly still. The wire gets caught under my shirt and then when I turn my head, one earbud pulls out of an ear.
I guess I should also review the headphones themselves, which are worthless for sport but sound nice.

Great Headphones. Worst clip,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THis is my third clip because the other two broke. I am not rough by any means but the spring just seems to fall apart for some reason. Oh well, if Bose can fix this issue that would be a plus.

Easy to Break

It is a very important part for the headphones, it would help a lot by stablizing the equipment. However, it is too easy to break and I have broken two of them by just using it ordinarily! I do not even know how I broke them! They just broke! Please, please make it better!

The clip IS VERY FRAGILE! I ordered 2 so I can have a backup. It would be a shame to lose these headphones due to a faulty, fragile clip,

Tore the coating on the wiring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little accessory ruined an expensive pair of use earbuds. I do not recommend these at all. My daughter and I both lost the one that came with our original earbuds because they weren't snug at all. I bought 3 of these so we would have an extra one. They were really tight to get on but had no idea after using them they would tear the cable.
