Scanning rolling issues

The printing is going very well. Every time I scan, the document never goes straight, it's always tilted producing a tilted scan on one side. There is no other complaint, everything else is working perfectly. I recommend the product!

Great for small office spaces!

I downsized recently and needed to condense my dedicated home office into a multi-functional guest/ entertainment/ work space in my new home. I searched online for 'small footprint printer' and this product repeatedly came up with good reviews. The HP 250 fits on a shelf in my reach-in closet (which is equipped with an electrical outlet). The wireless capability from anywhere in my condo is excellent. I am very happy with the print quality. Ink cartridges are easy to install and readily available at office supply stores. While I initially missed the flat-bed printer/scanning capability of my previous multi-function printer (which, admittedly was noisy, bulky and clunky) I've figured out work-arounds and have been able to make good use of the single-sheet feed scanner that this printer offers. I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Love this printer. It's fast, light weight, battery life is excellent, and print quality exceptional. The only problem I am having is with MS Word. Depending on what I print before and after Word (i.e., a web page or a PDF file), Word sometimes tells me the printer is offline and won't print to it even though other apps can. Very odd behaviour but have yet to pin it down well enough to open a support call.
Overall, VERY glad we bit the bullet on price and bought this printer!

The printer was very easy to set up. It is a nice low profile printer that is easy to move around, if necessary. The print quality is very good. Perfect for those occassional times when a printer is still necessary.

The order process very simple and product delivered in a timely manner. Video presentation of great value in unpacking and setting up. No CD included but setup was done through laptop connection and HP Smart App works best. Printer easy to use and scan feature very quick.
