Great warranty, but product needs work

I was very excited about this phone case as I had a new iPhone X and wanted to protect it. However, within a month there were 2-3 cracks along the sides of the outer phone case which I had never dropped. Since there was a warranty, I made an inquiry and was sent a brand new phone case. But once again within 1 month, the outer case had many hairline cracks in it and the bottom portion where the charger inserts was broken off. I am not sure if it is the Florida humidity, but I've never had a phone case break without having dropped it. So overall, great warranty, but poor duration/quality.

The first thing that attracts me when I do my research of the best case for Iphone x, is the all covered feature of the presidio ultra, aside from the 15 feet drop protection guarantee. The port and mute bottons are well covered that may protect the phone from dust, dirt and accidental splash of water. The layers of protections, specifically the edge of the case protects the phone, as I accidentally drop it in a solid pavement, though roughly only in an 11 feet height. At least, the guarantee was proven. Another best thing in this case is the rubber finish no-slip grip, that really works. I tried to use the first case of the 2 cases, and it just slip out of my hand, while with the outer layer bumper case, it sits tight in my hand, even without gripping it tightly. I could charge with it on my charging pad with no issue at all. The best part is, Speck company will stand by you all the way with their lifetime warranty!!! Proven, because they send me a replacement after I accidentally break my case... thats the outstanding part, the best of the best there is!!!!

The bumper had small cracks appear on sides and corners and I never removed . I ended up just using the case that goes inside bumper . It was not even 3 weeks .

The exterior case broke within a week or so of getting it. Near the bottom where the carging cable goes in is where it broke. I've never had a speck case before so I'm not sure if I used the case improperly or what. The interior case has held up and works just fine. I've dropped my phone from standing height multiple times and no damage so far. I'm using a glass screen protector with this case as well. Seems to be working as the side of the screen protector is chipped and cracked in one line but no damage to my actual phone screen. The case is alright. This smaller case under the larger one has held up well and is very stream lined. The back of the case has no grip so when you one hand the phone slips a lot when reaching with your thumb to type.

Best case without the hefty price tag

I bought this case for my fianc and she absolutely loves it! Shetook the liner off it to make it a little more slim, and even though she has the occasional habit of dropping her phone, it still holds true to the Speck value. I'd definitely recommend the speck presidio ultra as an affordable, yet well-built phone case.

Terrible design! Cover over battery port has broken for a second time. Sent 1st case back. I would not reccomend this case.
