[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PURCHASED 6 YEARS AGO, EXTENEDED WARRANTY EXPIRED AT 5TH YEAR. REFRIGERATOR STOPPED COOLING, COMPRESSOR WENT OUT, FOUND THAT LG HAD 10 YER LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR ONLY.

Water dispenser has broken along with 2 drawers. will not get another. Also, shelving is extremely hard to clean.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your experience. Scratches can expose the metal to humidity, which may cause rust. To clean, be sure to use a residential-grade stainless steel cleaner—just avoid anything too abrasive!
For your Titanium fridge, you'll want the Titanium Refrigerator Touch-up Paint: Part # TUP-3796TG. It’s important to clean the area properly before applying the paint. Keep in mind it may not perfectly match the door finish, but it’ll help prevent further rusting.
