We bought this for my 2 year old nephew since he loved playing with my daughters tea set. He loves it and played with it all of Christmas Day while we were there. It's so hard to find a tea set that isn't pink or purple or scream princess songs. The colors are gender neutral and the set looks great! Love the little tea "bags" and the cookies.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas 2017. She love's to have tea party's. Now I do have to admit I believe In the Melissa and Doug toys however, this certain toy set never specified that you CAN NOT put liquid in any of these cups. A lot of paint has chipped off just 2 months after use. I wasn't very happy as I spent a lot of money on this set. So if you are purchasing this set to NEVER have actual liquid in it then yes they are durable and well made. However, the paint used is not water proof and chips off extremely easy. My daughter isn't allowed to play with this set any longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My daughter loves this set and one of her favorite parts are the little cookies. Unfortunately my dog got ahold of them and needless to say they didn't survive. Do you guys sell replacement cookies?

every picture of the tea set shows a placemat even with an empty background it still shows the placemat. I was upset it never came with one. Cute tea set though and my daughter still loves it.
