Both the 3 year old and the 8 month old like playing with this.... the 8 month old can chew the shapes and rattle them around in the carryall, the 3 year old likes putting the shapes in the holes. A win all around because it keeps both of them busy. ( I can get the 3 year old to "teach" her sister what shapes go where... doesn't last too long, but it's a start!
