I would buy this product again.

We purchased the Doll house and we wanted it put together before Christmas for our Granddaughter.
There was an issue with one of the parts, getting the bolts to tighten on the first floor, the bolts would not tighten, but the bolts worked fine on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We contacted our customer service representative Rachel Bennett, and she had the warehouse pull a new piece, had them check that the hardware ( Bolts ) worked and expressed mailed the new piece to our house. Rachel also followed up with an email, and call to make sure we got it and it worked. Very happy with this company. We have had bad experience with other companies where the customer service is overseas, and they very difficult to understand as well as almost impossible to get through to the right person. Want to say thanks to everyone at Melissa & Doug handling this issue for us.

Beautiful dollhouse with great attention to detail. This is truly a quality product that will hold up for years. It is so well made that there are tiny rubber plugs to insert to cover the screws - problem is they don't fit tightly and fall out. That's my only criticism and it is a minor one

Bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. She and her brother love it. It came without furniture, which was not clear from the video. We followed the instructions and two hours and a zillion screws later it went together. It is now the center of much of their play. No worries as it is very sturdy.
