Decent table top easel

4.5y/o daughter received this as a Christmas present. She loves it but the dry erase marker ran out of ink within a week or two and there are no replacement paper rolls available in this size. It would be helpful if there were storage containers for the chalk and the magnet letters to keep things more organized when not in use. Overall though, a good gift.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The 2 year old enjoys using marker, chalk and magnetic letters. The 8 year old draws and writes stories in addition to doing homeschool homework. The parents write notes of encouragement. It is easy to flip from marker to chalkboard. The storage tray is a problem for the 2 year old since he likes to take the marker, chalk and eraser to other places.

As others have said, the easel doesn’t have any way to secure the stand. So it folds shut. Great idea, horrible execution. I bought it for my 4 yo granddaughter, she rarely uses it because it’s frustrating. I can live with the lack of storage, I put all the magnets in a little lidded tub along with a set of bright colored dry erase markers. I typical love M&D toys, but this one is a big miss. Way. Too expensive for what it is. Buy. A dry erase board from a big. Box store it will be super inexpensive and provide frustration free activity fir the kids.

Very disappointed with this table top because it slides down as soon as it is set up. Can’t use it as pictured. You would think that the rubber feet would hold it in place but they don’t. For that reason, I would not recommend this desktop.

My mom got my daughter this for Christmas and I waited until we got her table ( a Melissa and Doug table and chair set) and this easel is terrible. It takes up the entire table and like others have said it is not functional. Very disappointed.
