This unit is 4 years old. It is run almost everyday and dishes usually come out clean, but never fully bone dry even with dry cycle engaged.
Insulation stripping has been replaced 3X, it leaks occasionally and seems to drink rinse aid like a V8. Noise level is high, racks flimsy, and biggest problem…you must use dishwasher packets for normal results. Gels and powders Do Not work in this machine. Overall, a disappointment that causes more of a headache then clean dishes. With the need of space saving appliances, and efficiency, Whirlpool has missed the mark and is producing what appears to be disposable appliances. Sad.
