LG Electric Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range/oven heats up quickly and evenly. I haven't used the clean features so can't comment. My one complaint is that the buttons (timer, oven light and increments settings, are very difficult to read and impossible to read at night). The buttons should be in white lettering or at least back lit.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a year ago and have had problems with the over temperature being off, they sent a repairman out but it’s still wonky. Love the proff feature and the blue oven does make it easier to see.

I bought this 14 months ago and its had performed better than the higher priced ovens. I’m a person who cooks daily and bakes every week. I love this oven and would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is easy to get use to , I love the fact that the stove top has a feature that boils water very fast. The oven is great, I use the low feature on the speed broiler and it cooks meat very fast. The oven bakes my waffles very nice. I’ve used both regular bake and convection and I love both features. I especially love the warming drawer, put French fries and hamburgers into the drawer and when I took out, they were hot but not dried out. The only issue I have is the rubber stripping on top of the stove. You must be careful that no pot touches it.

Serious regret

We hate this oven. Bought 6 months ago, the knobs turns on so easily, will turn on just by the slight touch. Have to keep it locked at all times.
Also had two instances where upon pressing against the digital screen it has locked the oven and none of the controls work. We have had to unplug the oven to reset.

I love the warming burner and drawer. Complaint, if I lean up to the knobs, I can turn a burner on. So be careful not to lean on it, lean in the middle. I love my stove!

Knobs turn on without your knowledge
on October 9, 2019

I bought the LG 3027 electric range a few months ago and have had issues with the knobs turning on High by themselves when you lean over on the knob without knowing it. This has occurred many times and is a fire hazard or burn hazard and is very dangerous. The first time the knob turned on by itself, I was reaching up to clean the range hood and must have leaned on the back left knob. The eye turned on High and within seconds had burned a rag that was sitting on the eye. Another instance occurred when I must have leaned on the knob while wiping the counter beside the range. Again, the back left eye turned on High and melted a plastic top that was laying on the stove top. Another instance occurred when a friend bumped the knob and the front left eye turned on High. This time, I heard the “click” and caught it before she put her hand on the eye. Yesterday, I was cooking on the front left eye with the knob on Low when I noticed the eye was red. I immediately looked at the knob and it had turned itself on High. If I would have walked away while the knob was on High, there would have been an explosion all over my kitchen since I was cooking chili. I am very worried I am going to put my hand on the hot burner eye without knowing the knob had turned it on High without my knowledge. I do use the Loc function between cooking however you are unable to lock the stovetop eye if the inside stove is on or if another eye is on. It is extremely easy to turn the knobs without knowing since they are located on the front of the stove and appears to be a Very dangerous design flaw.
