[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our decision to purchase the LSSE3030BD. Looks great and heats up fast. One criticism though is that the temperature display was off by about 35 degrees. It is an extremely easy calibration, which LG make provisions for, but no where in the owners manual does it mention this issue. I knew about it from reading other peoples reviews and then finding an LG video on how to make the adjustment. Hey LG, you really need to highlight this problem/issue.

Great except for the knobs...dangerous

Huge design flaw here. The knobs are not tilted. If you rub up against them, even slightly they turn on. This is dangerous if you have small children and or if you have a stove top cover which we have and it got burned due to it turning on without me knowing it. I now have to take all the knobs off for safety reasons. I wish I knew this before we bought it for I doubt it could be returned for this reason. If not for this flaw I'd give a 5 star review
because I love it otherwise.

I found that the shelves are hard to slide in and out they stick to the enamel finish. Secondly with the upper oven and lower oven knob being on the same knob it is also very confusing should have been separate. the control panel marks easily and is hard to clean.
I had this installed about a year ago this month and can't say I particularly like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit for about a month and have been extremely happy with the performance of both the oven and cooktop. Besides being beautiful, the cooktop has many useful features especially the 2 variable size burners and the "Ultra" feature on the one burner for fast heating of the surface. The cooktop burners maintain the temperatures very well. The oven performance has been superb.

One of the circles did not work since the beginning, it’s hard to manage the settings and after only one use you can tell is an used cooktop as glass stains from the inside. Only bought because couldn’t find the induction model as there is no availability and needed to cook. Now unfortunately, I’m stuck with this model
