The back of the case is nice and clear but does scratch easy.
The fit and protection is perfect although the buttons on the side are not always easy to distinguish when trying to press from a pocket. The buttons could be raised slightly on the sides, but this a personal preference. Would be great to see colour options to match the phone around the edges of the case with a clear back.

I just purchased this product and in under a week there were permanent scuff marks that had damaged the decal of the wood rings on the back of the case. This happened dispite no drops or mishandled of the case with phone. The only “friction” it may have encountered was a second work phone I also keep in my pocket (which is also in an otterbox case) that may have rubbed against it during normal daily routine. Would have expected decal that is inlaid into the case to be more resistant to scuffs from being in my pocket. Please note I did not keep anything else in my pocket during this time including my keys or loose change that might have accounted for this ware. Only another phone in a otterbox case. (Other case seems perfectly intact)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this case for my teens phone. It has to last her through hs, lol. It was easy to put on and doesn't prevent the phones functioning thus far. The artwork is well done and seems to be done in a way that it'll survive the drops and use. Overall very happy. Wish it would have included screen protection, that's my only "dislike".

This is my second Symmetry case I purchased. I bought a new phone and had to get a new case. Without a doubt , Otterbox was the one for me. The protection is terrific, yet the case is very attractive. I love the clear sparkle style as it still shows the color of my phone. I highly recommend this case!!
