This is the second otter box I’ve gotten and they’re so good! My last case cracked at the bottom when I dropped it (I had it for a little over a year) but my phone itself was fine.

I hesitated several months purchasing an otter case because of the cost and finally did because my iphone was getting very hot after several minutes on video calls. I haven't had a chance to test the video calls yet, but I am disappointed with how difficult it is to push the on/off button when trying to take screen shots now. The volumn buttons aren't difficult though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
