I bought two cases the PURSUIT IPHONE XR BLACK/CLEAR and the SYMMETRY CLEAR IPHONE XR both arrived scratched. The symmetry case didn’t fit my iPhone, and it was bent out of shape! Within a week the pursuit case was completely scratched everywhere, definitely not worth the money, they’re extremely overpriced!

i love my r2d2 case and it looks lovely but i’ve only had it for a few weeks and dropped it maybe a few times and the corners are already scuffed which is pretty irritating. regardless though it’s still probably my favourite phone case i’ve owned, just wish it was more resistant to scrapes.

I bought this several weeks ago. I had first purchased a different manufacturer’s clear case. It scratched easily & was quite evident. This was a little bit hard to put on but has held up great with no indication of smudges or scratches. Love the sparkle!

I had an Otterbox for my old iPhone 5S and it never even got a scratch on the screen. I recently upgraded to an iPhone Xr and had to get another Otterbox because I was so happy with the past one. My wife complained that it costs more than a case bought at some generic store in the mall but when I look at her iPhone 7 that just has one of those "cheap" covers, I see all the scratches and chipped corners! I will stick with Otterbox, thank you very much!

I’d went ahead and bought an Otterbox branded case seeing as they sell through Apple but am severely disappointed. I’ve used it on my new iPhone XR for not even two weeks and already have so many tiny scratches on the back! Defeats the whole purpose of a clear case when all you can see are scratches. Also not liking how easily my fingerprint smudges remain and how difficult it is to remove and put the case into the phone. Wish I’d bought a different brand.

We typically recommend using a micro-fiber cloth to wipe away any smudges and fingerprints, but unfortunately, that cloth probably won't erase the scratches. We apologize that the case exterior is displaying some battle scars, but not to worry - our friendly Otters will be more than happy to hook you up with a brand-new replacement case. Just give them a call at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll process a warranty claim with ease and haste!

Does what it's supposed to but 2 minor negatives

The case definitely protects my iPhone XR as it should. There are 2 issues with it that are mostly just annoying. First, the area around the mute switch is too small which makes the switch hard to get to. Second, the case is a little slick so to make sure the phone doesn't fall out of my hand, I have to put my pinky across the bottom. This puts my pinky at the lightning cord charging port position. The case is a bit sharp there which basically makes it dig into my skin. I will have to buy a pop socket to avoid this. These are both annoyances but should've been addressed when designing this case.
