I love Otterbox. I'm very clumsy & the company's products are tried & true, as my phone has stayed in pristine condition. Recently I acquired a new phone, so I ordered a new case. This case is lovely. It's not too fat, it has a GREAT feel to it & the color is delightful. Also it doesn't slide off surfaces easily, the plastic back is non-slip. The only fly in the ointment is that I had the case for less than 2 days & there's already a black dark streak around the "frame" part, the rubber bit. I'm very saddened by this because I've been very careful not to abuse or drop my phone, or subject it (knowingly) to any dirt, etc. On the plus side, Otterbox is sending a FREE replacement, which I very much appreciate. I guess lighter case colors stain more easily than darker colors, but I didn't want to be a fuddie duddie and get a dark colored case, as my phone is black. I wanted some pop. I wish there were a way to easily remove stains (I tried to clean the case per the online instructions, but no suck luck).
I suspect the dye on my leggings is what stained the phone despite the fact that I have washed the leggings Many, Many times prior to Friday.

I had an Apple fitted screen protector on my new phone and this case was so tight to get on that my screen protector was compromised. Not impressed! Filled in customer complaints form and no reply from Otterbox...

I bought one of these cases last year. The reason I had to order another one is because the case cracked and broke apart after a little over a year. The new one arrived cracked, so I will need to return, but am also having to pay return shipping for it. Overall disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second time I have purchased this case. I am not very careful with my phone and I drop it a lot. This case really helps protect it, I could have held onto my old case but I decided to buy it again to keep it fresh looking.

I bought this a month ago and the case is very good quality/very sturdy and fits tight around my XR iPhone well! I have not dropped it yet to see if it will keep the glass from breaking and the lip of the case looks like it will protect the iPhone if dropped face down.
