Bought 3 phones recently for family... and BodyGuardz screen protectors. One phone took a nose-dive off the patio and onto pile of bricks. The screen protected the phone from damage...but the screen-protector suffered series of cracks. Replacement of BodyGuardz protector was EASY! Filled out a short form online at their website and a replacement came in just a few days. WHEW... now that's good customer service. Would definitely recommend.
