I believe the iPhone bevels at the edges a little so this pulls away around the edges. Still works well though in protecting when dropped but this happens with all my iPhones and Bodyguardz screens.

The replacement process went very smoothly, and applying the new piece to my phone was very easy. That said, within two weeks there was a chip in the upper lefthand corner (near the sound switch) that has turned into two long hairline fractures across the screen (not noticeable unless the light hits it right). This has been disappointing as my phone (now also sporting a BodyGuardz case!) has not been dropped nor had anything dropped on it during this time. It is either in my pocket (facing inward to my body), in the holder in my truck, or on a flat surface such as my desk,a table, or my dresser. I recall my first BodyGuardz screen cover also chipped in this area (and a few others as time went on before I requested a replacement), which makes me wonder if this is common.

I am not impressed with your product. I just received my new one put it on my phone and it’s already cracked. I did not drop my phone I did not put my phone in any kind of a bind there was no reason for the screen protector to crack. I would like a full refund. I do not want another replacement.
