The protector does not cover the entire surface of my phone. It does not provide full protection for my phone so the edges have shattered.

I love the tempered glass protector for my phone. The only problem is the present guide to place the glass on my phone is insufficient. The guide you sent out with my original purchase worked perfectly! I hope you will go back to using that guide! With this newer guide sent with my replacement glass, I tried three times and the glass went on crooked every time. It caused me a great amount of frustration.Thank you!

The replacement didn’t adhere to the top of my phone screen. It’s a perfect line all the way across that didn’t stick. Yes the whole thing was clean and it was applied as directed. Frustrating. It’s worse than the one it replaced.
