While I was actually surprised that my first BodyGuardz cracked, I was very pleased with the prompt replacement shipped to me and the ease with which I could install it. Installation went very quickly. When some of the bubbles didn't look like they were going away, I lifted one edge and pushed them out - now it looks absolutely great!
