Averaging within a year each.
This last one just this month has just cracked after 2 weeks. But plan on sending in for a 3rd replacement sooner than i thought.

When I Initially purchased it was at a store and they put on for me. The screen was damaged some how so I got a replacement through the warranty. Was quick and easy. I was nervous to put on the screen myself but instructions were clear and it went on just fine.
