I've had this on my phone like three weeks and it's already cracked in three different places. I have not dropped my phone at all, I'm not sure what is cracking the screen protector. I figured a $45 glass cover was going to be better than the $12 ones on Amazon, I guess not.

I have always loved Otterbox products (the Defender Series in particular) and one of my favorite features is the built in screen protector. I am incredibly rough on my phones so having the built in protector has saved my phone time and time again. When I recently upgraded from the Samsung Note 5 to the Note 9 I was disappointed to learn the screen protector is not built in due to the curved screen.
The first Alpha Glass I bought wouldn't stay on properly and within a week was cracked to pieces when my toddler put her knee on my phone. Willing to give it another chance I filed a warranty claim and Otterbox graciously replaced it free of charge. However I am finding the same issue with the second Alpha Glass.
I am truly love Otterbox products, but the Alpha Glass misses the mark. I miss the integrated screen protector I previously had with my Note 5. I understand the design of the phone is different, but I'm hopeful Otterbox will think about a redesign to incorporate the built in protector again.
PS - I also bought the Defender case and Alpha Glass for my son's Samsung Note 8 and he had the exact same issue. The glass wouldn't stay on and within a week it was cracked as well.

ALWAYS USED DEFENDER COVERS BUT NOW ALFA GLASS CRACKED AFTER JUST 2 WEEKS. PHONE NEVER DROPPED OR ABUSED SO SMASHING MUST HAVE HAPPENED IN MU POCKET. BRING BACK THE OLD BUILT IN HARD PLASTIC AS BUYING THE GLASS IS EXPENSIVE AND A SERIOUS LET DOWN. WONT BE BUYING THE DEFENDER AGAIN UNLESS ITS SCREEN PROTECTION IS BUILT IN PLASTIC.

I bought this a month ago and follow the instructions to apply it and it was great for about 2-3weeks then my phone slid off my chair and fell and the glass came off and won’t stick back on. Don’t waste the money

I bought otter case for my brand new Samsung note. I have to admit that like my previous otter defender case, shell is solid but no screen protector at all. You need to buy their screen protector separately which worst they could sell. Because it doesn't have full cover dust goes all over even under protector. They find another way to charge the people but they will lose loyal customer like me when we find better product to protect our device.

Glass falls off days later while in Defender case

Installed Alpha Glass easily on my Samsung Note 9 and then placed phone in Otterbox Defender case which I purchased also. Happy with set up for about 3 days until Alpha Glass fell off phone while istill in my also NEW Defender case !!!! Alpha Glass did not break so rreinstalled on phone. This has happened 2 more times. The Alpha Glass is worthless if it won't stay on screen. You would think the Defender case would help . Poor product and NOT up to Otterbox standards. I have used Defender case with built in screen protectioner in past with previous model Note phone and was happy. Now have to buy 2 different products to protect phone which is very expensive and pointless !!!!!!!!!! Buy something else. Don't waste your time or money like I did. Watched You tube videos X 3 and followed instructions perfectly prior to install. Very Disappointed.
