i got this the day after christmas of the year 2012. i love it. for the size it is incredibly loud. also has great bass to it. i also love the size to it. I just clip it to my backpack strap and i go. a lot of people ask about it and where i got it because they love it so much. i especially love the audio-out jack. i don't connect more of these speakers to it though. my teacher has this sub for his computer and i just plug the sub right into it and boom. its pretty durable too. i've dropped it plenty of times and just a few scratches. also i was walking home in the pouring rain and forgot that it was clipped to my backpack and it still works perfectly fine. i wouldn't recommend taking it in the water though. my only complaint is that its mostly an indoor speaker. it still works great outside but when outdoors it looses a little bass but not much. and every once in a while the bass will distort the sound but thats only in super bass heavy songs. but it handles a lot of bass.

Best Portable Speaker!

I bought this blue tooth speaker and I only used it summer time. It's been sitting for awhile because i forgot about it. I was gonna go buy a Beats by Dre Pill and i tested it and I remember about my JBL. I went back home and found it and used it and this thing kicks way harder and has the best sound quality. I love it! I use it everyday now.

I know a lot of people with different types of small speakers but this by far is the best model. It's loud, small, better sound quality, very convenient. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a small speaker.

I bought one of these a year ago for my oldest son. He loved it. Since then I bought one for every member in my family. Including my other children, nieces, nephews and aunts. We bring them with us eveywhere! Would recommend this for any age. Quality is amazing!

Won't Hold a Charge

I loved the design of this speaker. Sound quality was great. After 3-4 months, it stopped holding a charge. Red charging light goes on for a few minutes and then dies. The store that sold it to me went out of business and I did not save the receipt. It's JBL, and how often to electronics die after a few months, I thought. I thought wrong.
