Charging issues

I bought one for myself and the sound is excellent for a speaker this size(5 stars). the problem is with charging. After about six months my speaker would charge so the retailer exchanged it for me free of charge and so far replacement is doing well. I then purchased another one from a retailer on Amazon for my grandson and his speaker experienced the same problem after four months of use.

Great while it worked

Speaker worked great for about 8 months then it stopped charging. With no way to charge it, now it's an expensive paperweight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great with iphone 5 NOT with iphone6

My JBL micro wireless worked beautifully with Iphone5, unfortunately, when switched to Iphone6, it changed to ugly, I have to reset the phone every time to establish connection, even then, it does not always work, i.e. even when the iphone sounds the JBL does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. I can understand your concern. As the JBL Micro Wireless worked with your iPhone 5, this may be an issue with your new iPhone 6. The unit uses the standard bluetooth protocol. Try unpairing/forgetting the bluetooth device from your list and pair it again. Also check to see if there are an iOS updates for your iPhone 6.

Stopped charging

Worked great until it stopped charging after less than a year.

blew out in 2 hours

great sound for 2 hours then poof! blew out speaker. was using poweramp on my lgg3
not sure if stock player would of blew it but really dont matter. jbl was great back in the day. these should be better.

Stop working

For no apparent reason the unit is not working. The battery was charged overnight. I have no idea what is the unit's problem.
