Version 2.0 is much improved over their predecessor. Automatic pairing makes using these bad boys a breeze. I think Sol Republic should develop an app for EQ and more personalized settings. It would be nice if the pods came with foam tips rather than the cheap rubber ones. Lastly a longer battery life (4-5hrs.) would be much appreciated. Notwithstanding, these are great units and I enjoy mine daily.

High Quality Sound - Bad Quality Design

The sound is really great, It's loud, It's full. The working time of these earbuds is good as well. But the design is uncomfortable, Firstly, The earbuds keep falling out, Nevermind how deep or in what angle I insert them, Secondly, The case is really slippery so it can sometimes slip out of your hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your earbuds, below are some reset and connecting instructions.
1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair).
2. Take the earbuds out of the case.
3. Press and hold the multi-function (SOL) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off.
4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on.
5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode.
6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other.
7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to.
8. Select the SOL earbuds in available devices.

Epic, so glad I finally cut the cord!

I'm about three months in with the black ones and I am putting these guys through their paces. I've traveled, been to the gym and just used them for conference calls in the office. The pairing is easy. I use them with my PC and mobile phone. The charge case is pretty sharp (looks like a mini photon torpedo) and good for about a week of my daily gym and office use, but I usually just throw it in one of my bags and charge when I charge the phone. I have banged around (travel, to the gym, etc) the buds and the case a bit and they are holding up quite nicely. The sound quality for music and video is on par with buds 2 or 3 times the price. The battery life is more than adequate and certainly more than I expected. Like I said, I've had the the more expensive ones and these beat them easily. One final thing (and maybe this is just me) they feel really sturdy and the button feedback is very solid as well. You will not be dissapointed.

My boyfriend just got me this headphones, really hard to pair and they don’t stay in your ears. I have been trying different sizes and it’s no way to keep them in my ears. The sounds is really good

The sound quality is great. The packaging was genius. It has great grip for the gym. My only complaint is that the pairing of both headphones. For some reason the right headphone doesn't always pair. Im almost tempered to return tke device

Fantastic bass response and clear mids to highs. Originally bought the first version and was disappointed in the metallic highs but the 2.0’s have fixed this issue. Amazing quality for amazing price, highly recommend
