Pedestal does not fit the dryer

we have a dryer (Model # WED92HEFC0, Serial # M61505939) and we purchased the universal laundry pedestal (Model # WFP2411GX) to raise the dryer off the floor. The plastic feet on the dryer do not fit the slots in the pedestal due to their size (the plastic feet are larger than the slots) and the slots and the feet do not line up (with about a one inch difference in the spacing).
We also purchased a pedestal for the washer so I would assume the same problems would arise.
I tried to take the pedestals back to where I purchased them (Lowe's) but they would not accept them as they no longer sell the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to lift washer dryer combo off floor. Add storage drawer for stuff you wantvto forget.
