This case is solid well built. Phone fits perfectly and all cutouts are positioned where they need to be. Buttons work flawlessly and all charging ports are fully accessible. It does add a bit of bulk to the phone, but is the most minimal of the OtterBox options. I have no complaints. Cannot report on how it handles drops because I, thankfully, have not dropped my phone.

Every time I buy a phone I typically get an OtterBox, their overall protection is usually the best insurance you can get for your phone. After buying the Pixel 3 XL I knew it needed protection, I purchase the Symmetry case. Number one, Be cautious the case is slippery in the hand. Within 5 minutes of putting the phone in the case I dropped it due to the slipperiness of the case. Thankfully number 2, thr is cases well made and it protected my phone from drop. I think I would recommend the defender case over this one for sure.
