The case works great, it has already saved me once or twice when I dropped my Pixel 3XL. Only complaint is the phone doesn't always charge on the Google wireless charging dock with the case on. Other than that, the case is awesome

I like the case and feel it is supportive but the edge is getting really dirty and it is only two weeks old. Picking up blue from jeans pocket. Pink is now dirty grey

Hoping for equal of the commuter, this isn't it

I've previously had Motorola phones and have had both the commuter and defender series cases (and loved them!). I was hoping this would be the equivalent of the commuter, but it falls short. It definitely feels less protective as a one layer case and I'm really disappointed it doesn't include a charging port cover. It does feel well made and fits well, but all OtterBoxs do. I work outside, so as much as I hate the bulk, I'll probably end up with a defender in the spring to protect the charging port from dirt (although I'm worried about the defender fitting with a glass screen protector as I've read some reviews it doesn't, and screen protection is something I am NOT willing to compromise on). All in all, it's okay, I'm sure it will protect my phone, but it could be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this item a few weeks ago. It’s pretty and, of course, very sturdy, but the squeeze option on my phone no longer works while in the case. Also my ringer is now so muted that I can barely hear the phone ring even though it’s set at the highest volume. I’ll be shopping for a replacement. I’m very disappointed...

What this case does good is protect your phone. It's rugged and tough. The moment you place the phone in it, it will keep it safe forever.
But there are some serious issues:
Wireless charging becomes very slow, or the phone doesn't get charged at all.
The squeeze function is also effected.
For the price, the feel and look of the plastic itself is cheap.

After First Week - Already Worth the Purchase Pric

Purchased the Otterbox while waiting for my Pixel 3 XL to arrive. As luck would have it, I dropped the Pixel two days after placing into the case. Thankfully, the phone survived without a scratch. Whew. Very happy to have the Otterbox.
