[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While cleaning the dryer filter, one side of the plastic spring loaded secondary filter broke. I ordered a replacement and broke that while attempting to replace it.

Awesome but noisy

I pre-ordered this unit and have had it about 2 weeks. I have solar panels and the added efficiency of the heat pump is great. My wife says the clothes come out better due to reduced temperature. The only drawback is that it is much louder tha n conventional dryer, even to the point of being annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A life saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a couple of months ago, and it has made our laundry days sooo much easier and convenient! For starters, I love the fact that this dryer is eco-friendly and very efficient. I live in a condominium where we have to share dryer and washer with the rest of the residents, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to do laundry, especially when other people are taking your clothes out of the dryer as soon as the cycle ends. This dryer is now in my utility closet IN my apartment, which solves that problem. The best part about this setup, is the fact that the dryer is ventless, and therefore can be placed anywhere you have an electrical outlet for your dryer. Before starting the dryer cycle, the only thing I have to do is put the small condensation hose in a basin on top of the dryer, so the extra water generated from the heat just pours into the basin, and then I dump it out in my kitchen sink. The clothes come out warm and dried just right, and I love that this dryer has sensing technology, so it does not overdry your clothes, thus preventing damage to the fibers. I'm in love with my new dryer!

Pros and cons

Bought this dryer as it was the only one that fitted with our underfloor heating system of 20 years.I find the clothes take much longer to dry compared to the outdoor venting dryer I previously had, and I have to ventilate my utility room to offset steaming and over heating the room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

"Ventless" Dryer

Ventless Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the dryer about 2 months now and I am very happy with it. It does a great job and it quiet. The only thing that seems a little weird is the hybrid care filter - I've never had to clean a filter every 5 cycles. But even this is very easy and no issue at all - takes 2 min.
