The drying sensor is too sensible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer looks great and dries the cloths great. The dryer is not accurate, and my clothes are usually still damp. I have to restart the dryer under time mode to finish drying our cloths.

Still learning it but good so far

I say that because I have washed our comforter twice and both times it took many cycles to dry. I assume I am doing something wrong. Cycles do take a while- an hour plus. Otherwise works as a dryer should

Great Dryer, Poor Smart Connection and Application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a solidly built dryer. It has simplified navigation and ability for more features digitally. However, the connections of the dryer and the washer could not connect with the Whirlpool cloud and therefor would allow for the iPhone app to be connected with them. The error stated a "firewall" issue. Well, this is the only smart device amongst MANY we have in the home that is having this issue. We tried it with different Internet connections and routers. These features and application may be working for others, however it is not adding any value for us.

Dryer doesn’t work.

I do not recommend purchasing this machine since it cannot completely dry a load of clothes.i bought a new dryer about a month ago. It doesn’t matter which drying cycles k choose, the “moisture sensor” erroneously believes the load is dry and shuts the machine off. All of the load is still damp. I’ve scheduled a service call with authorized whirlpool tech — no help. I’ve called, emailed & messaged whirlpool customer service — no help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed service after one year

Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using our dryer for two months now and love it. It has a little more noise than most but we just close the door! Like the towel, casual and bulky features. Towels seem softer. Ours is a laundry/bath combo so bath is always warm when we run the dryer, another plus!!
