[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this (and the matching washer) after suffering through our Samsung Washer/Dryer combo for several years. My spouse was dying for an upgrade.
They are very excited about a lot of the visual details, including: the black steel, the clean minimalist look, the screen on the door, and the stainless steel drums.
They are even more pleased with the features: The app connectivity, the Load n' Go features for both detergent and fabric softener, the interior lights, and the height after placing them on the matching pedestals. The machines easily fit in the space where the smaller samsung appliances fit and now they can be easily accessed without having to bend down, which is very convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set to replace a GE w/d that was only 5 years old. Was skeptical after reading reviews on the Whirlpool ones as people were having trouble working them. I think they clean and dry better than anyones I have had previously. So far happy with them. Hope they last longer than 5 years!

Excellent Dryer with Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming off an old Kenmore dryer, I have to say this one has way more better and effective drying results. The old dryer cannot even produce the same results as this one. I have heard a lot of comments about dryers not good enough and that people had to go through a second cycle, I never had much of a problem since I guess that the washing machine actually spin dries the clothes much better than my old unit. Love the wrinkle free option where the dryer would continue to occasionally spin if you don't tend to it right away just to prevent clothes from sitting in the same position for too long. There is also a steam dry function which my old dryer never had the option to. Only one thing that I would like to see a change is an option to set a timer to 5 minute intervals (quick dry) rather than 15. I have a lot of clothes that I do hang to air dry, the 5 minute option would be good to just give it a little heat and allow the machine to loosen up some dust and have it removed.
