Works Great, Slow Dry Time

I have used this dryer for 7 years in a restaurant to dry towels, since we had no way to vent the dryer. I don't really care how long it takes, about 3 hours for a large load, so it is great to have the electric savings. I would say we work this machine very hard on a daily basis and have not had a problem, until now. It is squeaking. Probably needs new rollers. I think a seven year workout with minor issues is very fair for a dryer. Overall, very pleased.

Happy with Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this dryer’s performance. Easy to use with intuitive controls. One star off because we did have to replace the first dryer delivered because it had a Tick-Tick-Tick sound when running. The replacement dryer does not have this sound and runs very quietly. Pleased with this purchase.

Very happy with this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was installed in my new home 2 months ago. Overall I am very happy with it. I do find the sensor dry option doesn’t get the laundry as dry as I prefer - even when I select the more dry option. The drum is a great size. The steam option does seem to help with wrinkled items. The lint screen is easily accessible but it isn’t the easiest to clean the lint out of the area where the filter sits because of the flaps that fold down when the filter is in place. I do like the display. I was able to connect this unit to the app for Wifi but other than letting me know that the load is done, it seems pointless. I get a notification that the drying cycle is done and it asks me if I want to turn on wrinkle shield but it doesn’t give me any way to actually do that so what’s the point?
