Love it but...

I love this little barn! The carry handle is a great feature for the littles to utilize. BUT... mine did not come with the animals. :( My grand babies are going to be asking me where all the animals went! Haha I guess I will go pick up some little plastic ones and avoid all of the "why" questions. Thank you for your wonderful Melissa and Doug toys!!

The latches were loose and don't close tight- it is frustrating to the child when they can't make the latches lock even though they are doing the correct thing.

Be aware of misleading YouTube websites using this product

Disappointed in two ways. The website that we saw on YouTube had more animals than actually come with the product, so please be aware of this fact. There are only 4 animals that come and we did not like the felt fur. So we bought a plastic jar of farm animals for our grandson and he does not know the difference. Also, the second point. The website that we saw the demo on appeared to have partitions behind each door so that when you opened that particular door, the animal was in that location, just behind the door. However, the barn is opened completely with no partitions. When you open a door, the animals may be laying down, all mixed up inside and the animal painted on the door is likely not in that location any longer.

Most played with toy!

My son got this as a gift for his 1st birthday. He is now 2.5 and this has been our most played with toy. It is a go-to and has been wonderful for him to grow with. He has now mastered the locks on this, but still loves putting the animals in and taking them out.
