My son received the latches barn for his birthday and after unwrapping we noticed it was dented in the roof and a piece was broken inside. The inside piece was fixed easily enough with super glue but because of how the roof was broken it as just going to break further and a sure way for it to end up in our sons mouth. I called and spoke with Dana (you're awesome) and they sent out a new one that day! We just got it and my son loves it. Thank you to the team at Melissa and Doug for providing such great service! This is just one more reason we love your products!!!

We received this replacement toy after sharing some of our concerns about other toys with customer service rep Lisa. THE BARN We love our barn! I'm the not biggest fan of the fuzzy plastic animals but we usually use other animal toys...lately my car obsessed son uses the barn as a garage for his cars! But the latches are great, the doors and size of the barn are fun. The carrying handle is helpful and we love the wooden construction. Totally a toy we would recommend/buy again. It was definitely a bonus to get such a great toy from the support team. You guys rock. Sorry for the delay in our review - a little busy here with kiddo number two! hehe OTHER TOYS/CUSTOMER SERVICE We had a few issues with a couple of our Melissa & Doug toys but the Customer Service team was fabulous in addressing them, replacing them, etc. I would highly recommend this brand!
