Sensor won't shut off... How do I reset?

We purchased 3 of your water sensors. One went off that was near the sump pit. No water issues, but it went off. I have it here on my desk. If I unplug the corded sensor, it resets. However, when I plug the cord bask in the alarm goes off. I let the corded sensor dry for a day. How do I reset the unit?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Peace of mind

We set up 2 sensors in the basement... Just in case. This morning, on our way to my parents who live 20 km away from us, we got a beep, called our neighbor back home to check, and apparently a big amount of water had already pooled in our basement. It saved us from a possible flooding.

Alarms instantly!

I downloaded the app, connected to the unit, and it was quick. Tested it and it works well. As soon as it detects water it emits an alarm and my phone also instantly emits an alarm too. I love that I can also add other people to the notification list.

False alarms

Sensor sent some false alarms, initially, so your rep, Veronica, was to send another. Still waiting for it. Nice jester on her part.
Sensor seems to be working now, but the back up, would be great.

Worthy Investment!!!

I purchased this because our basement kept flooding. I put one by the back door, one by the furnace and one by the sewage tank from our toilet in the basement. Less than 2 weeks later, the loud alarm from one of the water leak sensors went off in our basement. This immediately alerted us and our family jumped up and started to deal with the flood. It took us several hours to control the water coming in but without the sensors, our basement would have been totally flooded and all of our furniture would have been completely ruined. Best investment I ever made and such a great cost!

It was easy to install and set up on the network.The app is user friendly. I tested the sensor with some water and it instantly sent a notification to my phone. In the app, it also tells you how much charge is left in the batteries.

We did not need tech support because it is very easy to set this device up and it goes off at the littlest drop of water, an amazing device.

Easy to install. Used one under the kitchen sink and one under the dishwasher. I do wish I had one of these when my old garbage disposal leaked water and caused the kitchen floor to be flooded which required replacement of the whole floor.
