Great Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooktop. It cooks evenly and cleanup is a breeze. One thing I would change is the spacing from large, middle burner's edges and the for medium/smaller burners sitting outside of it, should be more generous. This would allow large handled pans to be maneuvered more easily and safely. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Nice product but:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice product but we had no idea how hard the black glass is to keep clean. You can use any product on the market to remove the grease and cooked-on items but the cooktop always looks streaked and hazy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you cook at home every day,you want to keep your cook top relatively clean,unfortunately this cook top is very hard to clean.The control knobs are inconveniently located and it is impossible to wash out the geese between them.Plus there are large marks after cleaning,that cannot be easily polished.If you are not worried about a dirty stove,then it is your item! Everything else is absolutely average,like any other cheep cook top

Happy with new cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our new cooktop. Fit in exisitng counter top perfectly and has performed well. Easy to use, and 5 heating elements accomodate a wide variety of pots and pans. Looks great, but glass surface streaks some when cleaned.

New Electric Cooktop 30 inch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new cooktop arrived well packaged in its protective shipping box. Once we removed our old cooktop, I was able to connect the electrical supply to the new cooktop. It came with a three wire configuration (Black, Red, and Green) instead of the usual four wires I was expecting. The installation instructions did show how to connect the wires with this configuration. Once connected the cooktop fit easily into the existing counter top opening. I had no problem securing the unit into place with the supplied hardware. All five of the elements worked great, and the controls are conveniently located and easy to read and use. The cooktop sits flush with the counter top, and is easy to clean should something boil over. This unit does boil water a lot faster than our old raised element unit. The built in feature of "Hot Element" is a great safety addition to a cooktop, so you don't get burnt. I am glad this cooktop has that feature.
