Glass replacement

We moved in a house and have almost the same model; not sure of the model number and year; but the house is 5 years old; I want to know if I can get a new glass top; my son dropped something on it and cracked it all the way across; previous owners did not leave the book; how do I find the model number; I love my stove top!! :(

Hot surface indicator failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this cooktop about 5 weeks and the hat surface indicator lamp failed within the first five minutes of use. I got a repairman out the first week to look at it and he said that they would need to order parts and schedule another time when they receive the part. Two appointments later were canceled due to damaged parts and now waiting for another part . I have lost 3 days due to scheduling and it still isn’t fixed. I’m not happy with that. Otherwise the cooktop looks and works like you would expect.

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooktop. Past experience with glass cooktops was that it was difficult to manage cooking temperatures. This cooktop cools quickly which makes cooking more successful. And the reversible griddle/grill is awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our 36" Electric Stovetop and we like how it works. We only wish that the GRIDDLE was in the same box. Getting ahold of anyone on the Customer Service line too 45 minutes on hold. I was suppose to get the Griddle this week but instead all I've received is another hole to jump through
