I can not tell you how excited I am to have this air fryer as a new addition to my kitchen!! It is the perfect tool to cook for myself, hubby, our son and granddaughters. It is so easy to use, I didn't even really have to read the directions. I was able to use it straight out of the box, that is how user friendly it is. It has 2 knobs, one for temperature and one timer. No worries of fancy knobs and gadgets. I love that it is very straight forward on how to operate it. Everything that I have made in it so far has tasted amazing, cooks quickly and has an easy clean up. I was able to make chicken tenders in it the other night in half the time that it would normally take me to make them, they tasted better and a bonus, they were better for us!! I used the recipe that comes with the fryer (you get a small recipe book that has some wonderful recipes in it) and it was so good my family is begging me to make them again! I also made ribs in it that were marinated with barbecue sauce and I honestly thought I was going to have an issue with clean up. I was WRONG! Clean up was a breeze, I simply ran the basket under the sink and wiped it out. I love the size on the basket , it is big enough to make a dinner for my family with no problems. I can even cook a whole chicken in it, which is what I will be making tonight. I only wish I had gotten this sooner, it has made life so easy for me in making meals for my family!! I highly recommend this to anybody looking for an air fryer!!!

Super excited to get my air fryer!

I love kitchen small appliances that offer convenience, novelty, and healthy cooking. And I am very happy with my air fryer for those reasons. I bought an optional "universal" accessory kit that has cookware/bakeware including what is called a "metal holder" that is a rack that maxims cooking space. My first use was zucchini fries made using gluten-free bread crumbs. And I was able to put TWO layers of fries using the "metal holder." They came out very crispy most especially those that were on the metal holder (it's like an oven rack). The product manual says not to layer food so the metal holder and accessory package really increases the capability of the air fryer -- most especially because you can have two layers of food. I can't hardly wait to make fried chicken! Oh, and as far as I know, the Magic Chef XL has the largest capacity of any air fryer -- 5.6 quarts!

When I originally got the fryer I was skeptical as to whether it would work right and produce tasty food. But I made chicken wings last night and not only did they come out crispy, but the short time this fryer took to make the food was AMAZING!! Literally was only in the kitchen for dinner for 30 minutes! Buy this fryer!

If you are looking for a healthier alternative to frying without compromising taste and texture, I HIGHLY recommend this product. It is not only high quality and durable but it is so easy to use, cooks quickly and is supe easy to clean. I use this to 'fry' vegetable strips dipped in chick pea liquid instead of egg whites, add a dash of salt and any sauce for the perfect side dish, snack or topping for salad!

This air fryer is AMAZING! You can make so many things in there which makes it so great! I love how it is so simple to clean and that once the timer goes off the machine stops working! Which means no burns :) Also there is a lot of room in it, so you can make a good amount of food in the air fryer at once! This Magic Chef XL Air Fryer is perfect for my family. With trying to eat healthier its still hard to get away from our favorite fried foods. Especially homemade fries. We cut up our potatoes and drizzled the oil and seasonings of our choice and tossed them until they looked evenly coated and cooked until desired brownness, while giving them a little shake every 5 minutes or so. THEY WERE AMAZING!! you would never know they were not cooked in a vat of grease! What surprised me was the amount of potatoes we could fit inside the XL basket. There were enough fries for the whole family to have a serving while waiting for more to cook. Usually we have to make at least 2 batches before we send the kids in. Plus your house doesn't end up smelling like a fast food joint. My absolute favorite feature is how easy it is to clean. We simply removed the basket and washed in hot soapy sink water. I dumped out the crumbs from the main basket and gave it a good wipe down as well. We could never do that with a regular deep fryer! Since this is a manual air fryer, setting the temp and time is as easy as turning the dial. I would highly recommend! Our new favorite kitchen gadget! The product arrived in the product packaging with a label attached.
