Good features, but can be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase gas dryer, which does a good Job drying, but when It developed a problem. There are no certified technicians in my area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the dryer, sensor issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is less than a year old. Sensor has never worked well. Waiting for them to replace the board. When setting to dry at anything other than the hottest temp, it dries for 10 minutes and quits.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not dry on anything other than high heat

purchased less that a year ago. Never worked great but last 6 months will only dry on high heat. If it try to dry on anything other than that, it shuts off after 8-10 minutes and thinks it is done. Have been trying to get service for months, repairman says board needs to be replaced but can't get the correct board so now just waiting on whirlpool

If I had to do it all over again, I’d buy the same set of laundry machines. I love them.
