[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought in Nov 2023. If I use any of the options for drying anything It runs for like 5 minutes snd shuts off. Only way it will complete the drying is if I use timed drying option
called for service and their were two appointments set up and no one showed up either time and no one ever even called.
