I’ve had this stove for a few months now. I used to have a Thermidor 36”. This 7 It is outstanding in all respects and worth every penny.
Nothing burned on ,temperature control on the low end is replacement for a slow cooker for overnight slow stewing/stock/sauces On high temperature much faster heating, with super easy flambé . Excellent broil for fish/steaks …. All meaning easier better results.
And very easy clean.

Some of the burners do not ignite automatically despite being correctly fitted and I'm very disappointed that I have to struggle with a new range like this. I finally have to use a lighter to get them to switch on. Also the oven does not have a timer at all.
