Pretty bitter

I just tried this for the first time today and found it bitter and without butter toffee flavor. Typically I find these flavored coffees are a bit bitter but I add coconut nectar and nut pods cream to mine and that usually balances things but not really as much in this case and that's adding a little more than usual. Not a buy again for me. I also ordered Donut Shop Duos Nutty Caramel and found that flavorful with a wonderful aroma (but still a bit bitter if you drink black coffee)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
