Simply the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for Christmas. It helped me to make a delicious birthday cake a week later. It was easy to use and did a great job. It turned what can sometimes be a messy, time consuming job into a neat, quick and easy task. Helps to make home baking more enjoyable.

Nice concept but the sieve is just not fine enough especially for Flour. Very expensive for what it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item a few weeks ago as I was preparing to do a lot of baking for a fundraising event. This scale and sifter helped out so much. It is easy to attach and clean afterwards and works exactly how I need it to.

A bakers must-have addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you enjoy baking as my wife does this attachment is a must-have addition for your mixer. My wife bakes large quantities of cookies, breads and cakes throughout the year. The attachment makes sifting and adding to the bowl so much easier and without all the mess. I immediately noticed the difference in the texture of the cake. It was lighter and fluffier than before.
The scale would be useful for some but she didn't find it necessary as she measures by cup versus weight. Could be useful for others though.
There are a lot of components. Cleaning was easy but a bit tedious. She will most likely use the attachment for large scale baking versus one time batch making. 4 cup capacity was sufficient for her mixer but could be increased for larger mixers.
Instructions are clear and concise. She assembled without my input with no complaints.
Quality is excellent as with all Kitchenaid products.

Weigh and Sift

Best attachment ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my doubts... my husband bought this and I was not real sure I ever wanted it. But now.... well, now I see how fantastic this really is. It is actually two attachments in one. It is a scale and a sifter. It will weight food and weigh and sift. Everything I have made has turned out fantastic.
