[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this attachment. Making sourdough breads, pastries and crackers is a breeze now. So convenient having the scale and mixer together. Faster and less mess in my kitchen. Highly recommend...especially if counter space is limited!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have a Cuisinart and the Stand Mixer Sifter + Scale attachment works great! I knew that the two companies use the same engine hardware to build their equipment. The attachments work just as well. Absolutely recommend this attachment. My cookies and pies come out lighter and fluffier. Best attachment yet!

More than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was gift, I happened to see the attachment randomly in an add. I have been baking more and more and often sift by hand which takes up more time. Having used the sifter once, it worked great and will come in handy for making baked goods. Additionally the included scale adds to being able to try recipes that are measured by weight. I am pleased with the added convenience this attachment offeres. The only draw backs are the placement of the hopper valve to open/close, would have been nice if it was placed on the other side facing the mixer controls. Secondly if you are using more that two cups of flour the Hooper is not big enough to hold more than 2 cups at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best thing ever I’m so glad I got it , now I don’t have to sift by hand the only thing I would fix on it is the plastic release to take it apart I broke mine and had to get a replacement which was easy to do . You should make that piece metal so it won’t break so easy.

Since I have developed gout due to some kidney issues, I thought this product would be ideal for me. I love to bake but was loosing interest as I had an old fashion sifter that I was finding difficult to squeeze. The sifter is just what I needed. Thank you

Easy to use sifting and weighing functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Artisan Mini with KitchenAid Sifter + Scale Attachment to make Sunday morning pancakes for the family. It was so easy! The scale provides accurate measurement of each ingredient. The top container holds the flour, salt, sugar and baking power. When I turned on the mixer to begin sifting, I suddenly realized the sifter shoot is too short to reach the Artisan Mini bowl, but I quickly solved this by removing the wire whip and moved the bowl so the sifter shoot reached over the bowl. It took only a few minutes to add ingredients with proper amounts, sift, and mix. The pancakes were delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just live this!!! I bake a lot of cookies and this works great. If cookies have 3 cups of flour tho the sifter doesn’t work. At least for me. Smaller quantities work super. Great product.
