Easy to use!

I received this attachment to use and review, at no cost to me. I like to bake but really hate to sift! In fact, most of the time I just give the ingredients a stir. This attachment is super easy to assemble, use and clean. There is a conversion chart included for the measuring portion of different types of flour. This attachment is probably my favorite. If you bake at all, this is a great investment!

This is a great add-on to make you mixing needs more accurate. It takes care of dispensing and sifting just the right amount of flour saving you time and taking the guess work out of measuring. Glad we bought this, makes life a lot easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easily the best mixer attachment we have received. It is so simple to measure/weigh your flour and then have it sift itself into the bowl.
While our large stand mixer does not get used frequently, when it does around holidays, it really works and this product is so simple to setup and use. Clean-up is easy as some of the parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. Read carefully so you do not mistakenly put an incorrect item in there to wash.
Come the holidays this will come in very handy..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy the sifter and it's control of the mess that is normally adding flour mixtures to batter. The speed of sifting and delivery into the bowl are perfect and give me complete control. I'm only sad I didn't make this purchase sooner.

Great attachment - makes baking easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was asked to review this product by KitchenAid. I found the sifter and scale easy to assemble and attach to the mixer. However, the first mistake I made was putting the sugar through the sifter. I was more trying to use the scale and didn’t realize whatever is poured in had to go through the sifter. Once I was over that hurdle, I found it made my life so much easier. I used a measuring cup before pouring into the sifter/scale since the recipe I was using indicated imperial measurement. What I truly liked about the sifter/scale was that it gradually added the flour, baking powder, etc. to the mixture, this allowed it to be well blended and without lumps. I plan to use the sifter/scale again this weekend using a recipe where I can actually using the scale measurement.
