Please come out with finer sifter attachment!

This sifter is great. I loathe sifting my ingredients and often would avoid it. Now, I have no excuse not to sift, it's so easy! The digital scale is great as well, love how you can use the scale on it's own or with the sifter. My only wish is that KitchenAid will come out with another finer mesh sifter that you can interchange with the one that is included. The sifter included does a great job for basic flours, but when I make macarons, I prefer a very fine sifter to get all those pesky bits out. Overall love the product and would 100% buy a finer mesh piece if they came out with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is just what I needed in my kitchen! I bake a lot and sometimes even though I used to measure my ingredients, the recipes used to be a bit off. But not anymore! The weigh scale helps in accurately weighing all ingredients and the sifter helps in adding dry ingredients directly in the batter which helps in fluffy cakes. The sifter also minimizes the use of another tool. I love my stand mixer and this scale / sifter is a wonderful attachment to add to my kitchen aid collection!

My husband gave this to me for Christmas and I used it too soft confectioners sugar for icing. It measured and sifted the right amount which yielded fluffy icing for my Christmas cake. The chute is adjustable from side to side and expandable to ensure the sugar or flour makes into the bowl. Just don’t use it on the higher speeds as you will end up with a dust cloud. Slower speeds work fantastic. I can’t wait to see what I get for my birthday in 4 days. I’m sure it’s a Kitchenaid product- my best friend in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the fact that it was an easy set up and included sifter. What threw me off was that the scale is sensitive to touch and flucatuates a lot with movement. Mildly moving the mixer or tapping ten flour container would change the weight on the scale. What I did love however, is eliminating using a separate bowl for dry ingredients as I did previously before I had a mixer. Clean up was a breeze and I love that the pieces are dishwasher friendly

I received this attachment to use and review, at no cost to me. I like to bake but really hate to sift! In fact, most of the time I just give the ingredients a stir. This attachment is super easy to assemble, use and clean. There is a conversion chart included for the measuring portion of different types of flour. This attachment is probably my favorite. If you bake at all, this is a great investment!
