[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My shipment came the day I had to make 6 batches icing for my daughter “cupcake wars” birthday. It was a total game changer and so easy to use. In fact, my 8 year old daughter did the whole thing. If you cook in large quantities, the scale is so nice....you don’t have to use measuring cups. You can also use it as a scale outside of the mixer. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this out for mixing a cake and it worked pretty seamlessly. It would be great for a beginner or someone who doesnt want to spend a lot of time measuring everything out. It connected to the mixer pretty easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference this sifter makes. All my baked goods have turned out beautifully since using it. Before I'd have to stop the blender, detach the bowl, and sift flour with the hand held sifter several times during the mixing process. The scale saves having to measure which saves time. I have to remember to pull the chute down to the bowl and to close the opening before measuring. Thank you KitchenAid for this neat invention.

Makes it easy to add ingredients

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this attachment. I bake cookies all the time and this really helps me keep a clean kitchen. I am able to add ingredients without spilling them all of the counter top. This attachment also makes it easier to sift flour and powdered sugar, in turn making my cookies and frosting come out extra amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product tremendously with baking. My wife used this product with baking old family recipes that requires more precise ingredients. It made things so much easier for her to be able to measure and sift with the attachment. Overall, the attachment saves a lot of time and headaches for baking old family recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use regularly. When I open a new bag of powdered sugar, 7 lbs, I sift it all into my canister. So easy. When assembling a recipe, I can easily easily exchange attachments. A real time saver. And, I love that it is mostly dishwasher safe.

Great attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sifter attachment with digital scale is a game changer. It’s perfect to hook right up to sift fresh ground flour for bread, brownies, pasta or whatever you may be baking for the day. I use it often and it’s easy to clean up also. You just put your flour in the sifter and while your wet ingredients are mixing the flour is sifted in for easy mixing.
